Pretty much

It's true, I'm just a shitty foodie

I've been lucky in my life so far to have travelled and lived in different countries around the world. One of the (most clichéd) ways I enjoy getting to know a new region / culture is by sampling its food. For better or worse, I particularly enjoy street food. I'm not trying to write a food & travel blog here and if I was I would be doing a terrible job of documentation. Here are a few memorable highlights of local delights for which I've actually been able to find said documentation:

Jian Bing:

You'll find Jian Bing all over China and it's even starting to pop up in the States. But breakfast in Shanghai never looked so graceful as with this husband and wife duo

Saudero:

Pork stewed in pork fat? You could say I'm interested... There are plenty of amazing things to do in Mexico City but no better way to end the day than cinqo suadero

Sfogliatella:

The nuns of Naples really do deliver some Providence on this one. Can I pronounce it? No. Should you eat it? Yes. Will you look as dumb as I did when you first bite into those holy sheets of pastry? One can only pray
